A Session Centered on You

Each session develops naturally around what you bring with you. Eric offers intuitive conversation, spiritual insight, guided reflection, and meditation to help you look beneath the surface of your circumstances and reconnect with the wisdom already within you.

Sessions may be conversational and reflective, deeply meditative, energetically focused, or a fluid combination depending on what feels most useful in the moment.

People may seek this work when they are:

• navigating uncertainty or a major transition

• questioning their direction or purpose

• noticing repeating patterns they want to understand more deeply

• experiencing spiritual awakening or inner change

• seeking greater clarity, peace, or connection

How I Work

I draw on many years of meditation, spiritual practice, intuitive exploration, and lived experience with awakening. My work may include spiritual teaching, intuitive insight, guided meditation, exploration of consciousness, and emotional or energetic awareness.

Using the traditional language of intuitive perception, I describe my strongest abilities as claircognizance, a direct sense of knowing without ordinary reasoning, and clairsentience, an awareness of the emotional, energetic, or spiritual qualities surrounding a person or situation.

These abilities are not approached as performances or predictions. Instead, I use them as tools for discernment, helping reveal patterns, bring clarity to difficult experiences, and guide the conversation toward what may be most useful to understand.

Spiritually Open, Not Dogmatic

My approach is spiritually open and non-dogmatic. I draw inspiration from meditation, mysticism, nondual awareness, contemplative Christianity, Eastern wisdom, and direct spiritual experience while honoring each person’s own beliefs and path.

I do not ask clients to adopt a particular tradition or worldview. Instead, the focus is on listening more deeply, recognizing what feels true within your own experience, and discovering a more conscious and authentic way of meeting life.

Sessions may offer greater clarity, a different perspective on something you’ve been struggling with, deeper awareness of recurring patterns, or a renewed connection with your own inner guidance.

The goal is not to tell you what to believe or what decision to make. It is to help you see more clearly and reconnect with the wisdom from which your own answers can emerge.

How Remote Sessions Work

Sessions are held privately by video, so you can join from the comfort of home. Choose a quiet space where you can speak openly and won’t be interrupted.
