Eric Cook is a Spiritual Guide and Intuitive Coach who works with the interconnected dimensions of mind, consciousness, and spirit. His private sessions support people facing life challenges, uncertainty, recurring patterns, inner transition, spiritual awakening, or a desire to understand themselves and their experiences more deeply. The work begins with the client’s immediate concern, but it does not stop at the surface-level circumstances.

At the level of mind, Eric helps clients explore the thoughts, beliefs, emotional responses, learned programming, and underlying tendencies shaping their experience. At the level of consciousness, he guides them beyond complete identification with those reactions and into the greater awareness in which thoughts, feelings, emotions, and sensations can be directly observed and understood. At the level of spirit, the work opens into the deeper nature of being, spiritual connection, purpose, energetic anatomy, and the recognition that the limited human perspective is not all of who we are.

Drawing upon nearly two decades of dedicated spiritual practice, Eric also works through clairsentient and claircognizant perception—intuitively sensing emotional, mental, spiritual, and energetic influences while receiving insight into how they may be connected. These influences may include resistance, accumulated emotional energy, limiting patterns, relational dynamics, energetic blockages, or movements occurring through spiritual awakening. Through intuitive insight, conscious reflection, awareness exercises, and guided inner alignment, Eric helps bring what is operating beneath the surface into clearer conscious recognition.

This is an active, experiential process rather than simply a conversation or the offering of advice. Clients are guided to see and experience important distinctions for themselves, reconnect with the deeper awareness and spirit within them, and recognize where something may be ready to be understood, released, integrated, or transformed. Each session remains spiritually open and non-dogmatic, supporting the client’s autonomy while helping them move forward with greater clarity, inner connection, and trust in their own being.
